An event planner’s primary goal and responsibility is to help you stay stress-free and organised. Coral & Co. is here to help you stay on track, refer to you reputable vendors, supply a wealth of resources, and seamlessly execute your vision. In addition to planning your event, we offer a wealth of experience and creative solutions to curate your dream event.
Not everyone has the luxury of time when it comes to planning an event. If your life is hectic and busy, you can relax knowing that the experts are in control, and will create an event that exceeds all expectations.
We save you a lot of time and stress by being your single point of contact for your event. Think of Coral & Co. as a filter. We will liaise directly with each vendor to ensure everything matches and coordinates, organising delivery and confirming times, and ensuring payments are made on time.
There’s no need to worry about checklists and stressing that you have forgotten something when you have Coral & Co. on board – we know parties like the back of our hand and will ensure nothing ever goes amiss.
We will worry about all the details so you can relax and focus on what matters – enjoying your special event with your family and friends. More importantly, when the party’s over, there is no need to worry about loading props, waiting for drivers to pick stuff up, or ensuring items are packed up, as we take care of this for you. You can go straight home! Or to bed.
We work with some of the best, most talented suppliers in the industry. This means we’re uniquely placed to recommend the people we think are going to bring your ideas to life with passion and dedication. But recommendations are all they ever are. It’s your event, and we’re here to facilitate your decisions. We also love working with new suppliers, especially those that have a similar style and ethos to our own.
We devote a huge amount of time and energy to everyone we have the pleasure of working with, as we believe each client deserves our full attention and dedication. For this reason, we book a very limited number of full-plan events each year, to ensure our standards never slip. It’s therefore a good idea to get in touch as soon as possible, it’s never too early to enquire.
Yes, we keep our schedules flexible to fit in with your commitments. The only exception is if we have an event that weekend as it’s all hands on deck!
We’re fully insured with public liability insurance.
Yes and no! Ultimately this depends on where you’re based, where your celebration is, and how intensive the set-up and pack-down process is. If travel and accommodation costs are applicable, then we’ll always make you aware of this before you commit to proceeding with us.
