Return Policy

We understand that sometimes things just don’t work out. That’s why we offer exchanges for change of mind within 14 days of receiving your item(s).

Please note that we do not offer refunds for any purchases made on our website. Instead, we offer store credit that can be used towards your next purchase.

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on hair accessories due to hygiene reasons.

To process an exchange, please contact our customer support team within 14 days of receiving your item(s) to initiate the exchange process.

Please note that return postage is at the cost of the customer and the item(s) must be in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.


  • Merchandise must be returned within 14 days of the order delivery date.
  • Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, unstained and unperfumed.
  • Merchandise must have all tags attached.
  • Any products marked ‘FINAL SALE' cannot be returned.
  • Handbags sold with a dust bag or other packaging must be returned with the original dust bag and packaging.
  • Due to hygiene concerns the following cannot be returned: intimates, stockings, hair accessories, hats, or earrings.

Please note if you paid for shipping at the time of your original order, you will not be credited the cost of shipping when we receive your return. If your return does not adhere to the requirements it may be sent back at additional cost to the customer.

We aim to process returns within 7 business days of receiving them, but high volume periods, especially around the holidays, could cause delays. We apologise for any inconvenience. If you’re concerned that your return has been delivered but not processed in a timely fashion, please contact .

Store Credit

Faulty Items

The team does a thorough inspection of all goods before they are shipped to our customers. We stand behind the quality of our products, but if you come across a manufacturing fault, please contact us at as soon as possible. Refunds cannot be guaranteed without prior photographic evidence of the fault.
